UnzeenU.com does not mine your social networks, your contacts, or any other information that is not provided voluntarily.
The location data that UnzeenU.com collects includes the latitude, longitude, altitude, speed and bearing of your device.

Then, you can select the output destination format in order to keep a machine readable or printed hard copy of your personal data held by us.
- the right to object: We at unzeenu.com honour your right to object where your personal data is concerned. If you want to make any objection, you can either write to us or simply delete your account so that we will not be able to access your data.
- the right not to be subject to automated decision-making including Profiling: We at unzeenu.com honour your right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling. Other than being a transparent communications platform, we do not use your data for any automated decision making or automated profiling. We can confirm that your personal profile data has been limited by us only to direct incoming and out going communications, which is core of our method.

You can send us your requests to access your data by writing to us through website. Please note that, from our end, we can only see the same information that you entered in your personal profile. Other than in your profile in our website and mobile app, currently, we do not make any copies etc. We will do so only if a request is made by the authentic user or any law enforcement body. You can contact us for such requests through contact us page, attention ‘ UnzeenuU data protection officer’.

UnzeenU ensures that it is permitted to process your personal data. If no statutory condition applies to the form of processing we undertake, we can only undertake such processing with your consent. You may withdraw your consent to our processing your personal data for some, any or all of the above purposes by writing to us through ‘contact us’ page.
If a statutory condition applies allowing UnzeenU to process your personal data and you withdraw consent to process your personal data this will not necessarily mean that UnzeenU ceases to process your personal data as it may, for example, be under a statutory duty to continue to process your personal data for some purposes, e.g., to keep copies of commercial transactions for a minimum of seven years.

It is very important for the user to understand that when you send a message though our unseenu website and mobile app, we have given the option for the user to select or deselect the data safety option. If you want to send someone a message and still do not want the other person to see any other details in your profile (other than your profile picture and user name), we recommend to tick the data safety option on message sending page.
Similarly, we have given option in our instant connect options in the mobile app to make your profile visible or hidden to the other unzeenu users in and around your location. Therefore, you can keep your profile hidden or visible depending on your privacy and safety choice.

We do not disclose your personal information to our clients for the purposes of allowing them to conduct direct marketing to you. We may use your personal information ourselves to conduct direct marketing but you are entitled to opt out from receiving direct marketing communications from us at any time. You may do so by responding to the opt-out option which is included with each direct marketing communication that we send.
(7) Consent
When you register with unzeenu.com and mobile app, you give us your explicit consent for us to collect your data supplied by you and process accordingly. We also send you email /contact verification messages where we guide you to read our privacy policy and terms and conditions. If you do not wish to give your explicit consent, you have option of not registering with our service. If you have already registered and want to withdraw your consent, you have option to delete your account so that we will no longer have access to your personal data.

We are aware of our social responsibility in safeguarding the rights of the children. We allow anyone under the age of 13 (termed as ‘minors’) to use our service only if a separate consent message was sent to us by their legal guardian. Before the minors can register their account, a consent message must be sent to us though our ‘contact us’ page by the legal guardian/parent giving us their consent to use unzeenu service by their children, including the name and contact details of the legal guardian and the minor. Any account created without such consent message will be promptly blocked by us.
As mentioned in our terms and conditions, we do not allow any convicted or registered sex offenders to use our service. Any such user accounts notified to us will be blocked by us and notify to relevant authorities.
(9) Data Breaches
Limitations
We must highlight that unzeenu messaging system is mainly aimed at making connections by sending a message as accurately targeted as possible. While the messages are stored in our system, the intended recipient can retrieve the message through a search/match algorithm. Therefore, there is a possibility of someone other than your intended recipient being able to see your message contents. Therefore, we strongly recommend that , in your message contents, you do not share your important details such as bank accounts, passwords or any other detail that you may think might be important for your personal and privacy safety. Also, our service cannot control the behaviour of a person you met through our service. We strongly advise you to take precautions and necessary safety steps in all the cases when making connection through our system.
However, when someone reply to your unzeenu messages, only you will be able to see with your profile login. In summary, your outgoing messages must be considered to be accessible by public, while the replies you get for your messages are private for your own view.
We must also mention that while we do our best to protect your personal data in our servers and incoming and outgoing channels, we are living in a world where there is always a risk of unauthorised hacking and data leakers. Such risks may not be foreseeable in some cases. Therefore, if you believe that you have any reason to believe that you should not expose yourself to any such possibilities, we do not recommend that you should use our service.
How do we handle any data Breaches
If any data breach is reported to us internally or externally, we will notify all the relevant parties including users within 72 hours of such information. Also, we will promptly involve our ‘data protection officer’ to investigate, report to relevant authorities and users as well as take immediate corrective actions.
We at Unzeenu do not offer any financial compensation in such events. The user must agree on this before registering with our service.

(10) Data protecting by design and Data Protection Impact assessments
We have taken many steps in protecting data by design. These include: (a) strongest SHA2 & 2048-bit encryption for both in coming and outgoing transmissions. (b) we have not provided any option in our website or mobile app for searching other users’s personal data by any other user. Even in 'unzeenu' connect feature, the users can only see your profile picture and user name. The settings in the app allow you to turn it on or off as required (c ) in the message sending page, we have given users the option to keep their personal data private or public by clicking or unclicking the ‘keep data safe’ option. We must mention here that we cannot take any responsibility about your personal profile data safety if you do not select this option,(d) we do not allow any unauthorised person to enter our office premises. We only entertain written communications though our contact us page or email only, ( e) in our mobile app, we have incorporated privacy settings for you to make your profile visible or hidden from other local unzeenu users. Also, we do not allow our ‘unzeenu instant connect’ message option for anyone who hides their own visibility in the app. This is to ensure that other users cannot spy on you without you knowing about it. (f) we have appointed a ‘data control’ officer to do regular data audits to detect any data related issues, (g) also, we have implemented verification and IP record process in our system to detect fake accounts and other unauthorised activities to the best of our ability.
(11) Data Protection officers
Unzeenu is proud to be the first mobility factor-based communication service in the United Kingdom to be registered with information commissioner’s office (ICO) as well as implementing GDPR policy.
We will be working closely with such legal bodies to implement uptodate best practices. One such step taken by us is to appoint an independent ‘data protection officer’ who can carry out the duties without any conflict of interest.

UnzeenU is registered in the United Kingdom. Therefore, the information in your profile will be protected by the hosting protocols within the EEA. We transfer the data out side European union with your consent for the purpose of safe storage and communication. Such transfer is also in keeping with ICO and GDPR gudelines. If you have any concerns in relation to such transfers, you should not use UnZeenU as a means of communication.However, please note that , if you do not select the 'keep the data safe' option in the message sending stage , information in your user profile displayed by or sent to UnzeenU over the Internet may be visible to the receipients.Therefore, we recommend that you always leave that option 'ON'. We use godaddy.com data centers to host and preserve your personal data in the USA with the best known data safety methods available. UnZeenU works closely with Innvonix Technologies LLP in degisn, development and technical areas. We also use Google services internationally for our internal publicity and marketing communications.
